Mr. Rajakumar Suryanarayana Rao Dammatamari, Director, has accumulated a decorated career in banking and insurance industry spanning over 38 years, starting his professional journey in 1979 as an Assistant in New India Assurance Company Ltd. where he was involved in in underwriting all policies and settlement of marine (transport) claims. After serving in the insurance industry, he began his banking journey by working as an Officer of Operations in Bank of Baroda for heading the savings, current accounts, fixed deposits units and handling the public and rights issues of equity share by corporate businesses, payments of refund orders and dividend warrants.

He was later promoted as the Joint Manager of Operations at BoB and undertook numerous responsibilities such as cash management and inter-branch reconciliation. Thereafter, he was designated the responsibilities of Manager of Credit and embraced the handling of retail and corporate credit business.rtfh

Ms. Chetana Jain, Director, having completed her B. Com (Honours) from Osmania University, holds more than 9 years of experience the business sector. She started her proprietorship business M/s Vardhman Industries in 2011, engaged in paper-based disposables manufacturing wherein she was responsible for the overall management of the business including vendor recruitment, product development, marketing, sales channel strategy, etc.

As the firm’s proprietor, she was also engaged in formulating and executing the firm’s internal processes, development of trade-driven instruments, processing of payroll documentation, and budget management.

Ms. Trishla Jain, Director, has completed Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technology University, Karnataka and subsequently Bachelor of Science. She has been working with M/s KJ Fashions and Designers Private Limited, holding the designation of Manager. 

She has performed multi-disciplinary tasks as the Manager of the company including quality control management, supervision of pricing and stock control, statistical and financial record maintenance, marketing strategy planning, and much more.
